Shipping costs

We use transparent, fixed shipping rates. No surprises at checkout.

  • Netherlands: €4.95 — free from €60
  • Belgium: €6.95 — free from €75
  • Germany & other EU: from €7.95, depending on destination

Delivery times

Orders placed on business days before 10:00 PM are shipped the same day. Within the Netherlands, this usually means delivery the next business day.

  • Netherlands: 1 business day
  • Belgium: 1–2 business days
  • Germany & EU: 2–4 business days

During busy periods (such as holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer. We will state this clearly at checkout.

International

We ship throughout the entire European Union. The exact shipping costs and expected delivery time are shown during checkout based on your address. For deliveries outside the EU, additional import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a track & trace link. Use this to follow your package in real time. If you have created an account, you can also find the status under "My orders".

Delivery issues

Did your package arrive damaged, or is something wrong with your order? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will resolve it for you free of charge and as quickly as possible.
