A liposome is a tiny protective sphere made of phospholipids: the same type of fat that your cell membranes are made of. We encapsulate the active ingredient in such a sphere. This protects the substance during digestion and can improve absorption.

Phospholipids, the building blocks of liposomes, occur naturally in every cell membrane and in foods such as eggs and sunflower seeds. Liposomes have been used in pharmaceuticals for decades.

Liquid liposomal products are more sensitive to oxidation, which can cause the liposome structure to break down. Preservatives are therefore often required.

PPH uses dry liposomal technology: the liposomes are contained in a dry powder matrix within a plant-based capsule. Free of preservatives, with a shelf life of 36 months, and requiring no refrigeration.

Preferably not. Heat above approximately 40 °C can damage the phospholipid structure. Take the capsules with room-temperature or cold water.

That varies per person, per supplement, and per individual starting point. Therefore, we make no promises regarding timeframes. Use a supplement consistently and according to the recommended daily dosage.

If you want to know what your levels are, for example for iron or vitamin D, you can have them measured by your GP.

Yes. All PPH capsules are made from HPMC: a plant-based capsule shell, no gelatin. For all products except one, we use sunflower lecithin as a source of phospholipids, so no soy and nothing of animal origin.

The only exception is liposomal coenzyme Q10: it contains soy lecithin. This is clearly stated in the allergen information. If you have a soy allergy, always check the allergen information on the product page. All products are GMO-free.

All PPH products have a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture. Store in a cool, dry place below 30 °C. Refrigeration is not required.

All PPH products are manufactured in the Netherlands by a certified producer. The production environment is FSSC 22000 certified and is independently audited by Kiwa Nederland B.V.

Some ingredients, including ashwagandha and berberine, are not recommended during pregnancy. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your midwife or GP before using any PPH product.

You pay with iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact, Apple Pay or Google Pay. For a subscription, you pay by credit card or PayPal.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible via info@pphealth.eu. If your package is already on its way, we can no longer modify the order. You can, however, return it in accordance with our return policy.

Within the Netherlands, we offer free shipping on orders over €60; for orders below that amount, you pay €4.95. Shipping to Belgium is free on orders over €75 (below that, €6.95), and to Germany and the rest of the EU from €7.95. Check our shipping page for the full overview.

If you order on a working day before 10:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day. Within the Netherlands, you will generally receive your package the next working day. Belgium: 1–2 working days. Germany and the rest of the EU: 2–4 working days.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@pphealth.eu, preferably with a photo. We will send a replacement product free of charge or provide a full refund, whichever you prefer.

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt, even if you have already opened a jar. Register your return via our contact form or your account; you will then receive a return label. Read all the terms and conditions on our returns page.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the payment method you used for the original transaction. You will receive a confirmation of this by email.

With Subscribe & Save, you receive your products automatically every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months, with a 15% discount on every delivery. You will receive an email three days before each payment. There is no minimum term.

Yes. Log in to your account and open your subscription. There, you can skip a delivery, pause or resume your subscription, or cancel it. Cancellation is effective immediately and is free of charge.
