2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from PP Health and to every distance contract concluded between PP Health and the customer.
3. Offer & prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on PP Health. Our products are dietary supplements and not a substitute for a varied diet or medical treatment.
4. Conclusion of agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer places an order and PP Health confirms this by email. PP Health reserves the right to refuse an order or to set additional conditions.
5. Payment
Payment takes place via the methods offered at checkout. The order will be processed as soon as the payment has been received. In the case of payment in arrears, the terms and conditions of the relevant payment partner apply.
6. Delivery
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer. Stated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding a delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation. More information can be found on our shipping page.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 30 days without giving reasons. The procedure for doing so is described on our returns page.
8. Subscriptions
With a subscription, products are delivered periodically at the applicable subscription rate. The customer may pause, change, or cancel the subscription at any time free of charge via their account, taking into account orders already in progress.
9. Liability
PP Health is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of products. Always consult a doctor in case of doubt, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or medication use. In all cases, the liability of PP Health is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order.
10. Applicable law
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where PP Health is established.
